.flactomp3v2.conf transfer in cluster

.flactomp3v2.conf exists and cluster convert
it will be transfer like a basefile
and cleanup wenn it is done
albentohandy.sh diff | blob | history
albentohandy converts flac to ogg, mp3, opus, flac with cover
